Peter Pan was surrendered to CARE for a better life. He is smart, loving, curious and eager to bond with someone. All bunnies need bunny friends, especially if they have special needs.

While Peter Pan is young, he suffers from glaucoma (common in bunnies, especially New Zealand & NZ mixes) in both eyes. Meds didn't help his left eye, he's blind in that eye, so it will be removed if needed after next recheck. He still gets eye drops in his right eye 3 x daily. This does not hold him up from being adopted and will be covered under CARE as a pre-existing condition.

Peter Pan's parents, Lightning & Thunder, came from a local farmer. The family who got them quickly found themselves overwhelmed when they realized they were NOT the same sex & now had a litter of kits too! Altogether, there were 14 in this family.

These rabbits are either Flemish Giant or New Zealand rabbits, or most likely - a mix of the two breeds. Based on age, weights & colors... it's still hard to know for sure. Regardless, these are big, gentle, loving rabbits who deserve an amazing life!

If interested in adoption, please apply today.

Breeds are always our "best guess" based on experience, weight, vet sugestions, and other factors.

All rabbits receive a veterinary exam and are spay/neutered through CARE. Each rabbit is fed a high quality grass hays, fresh vegetables, some high quality pellets, and some fruits.
