Reaper is a loving boy. He likes to sneak up into bed at night and sleep next to you. He plays well with the other animals in his foster home.

These babies were abandoned outside a Vet clinic in 2 milk cartons stacked on top of one another when they were only about 3 weeks old. They have been socialized with other dogs, cats, pigs, and even a donkey to give them a good start in life. It's a hoot to see the puppies romping in the yard with their pot-bellied pig friends! Best guess is 40-50 lbs. full-grown, Boxer/Retriever mix.

All puppies receive a rabies vaccine, a series of 3 distemper/parvovirus vaccines, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE. If adopted prior to spay/neuter, a $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required in addtion to the adoption fee. Adopters must be close enough to bring puppies to CARE or CARE's designated Vet clinic for boosters and neuter appointments. A completed adoption application and home visit are required to adopt a puppy. Once all vetting is complete, we do adopt out of state. The most complete information about available puppies, including their current age and adoption fee, can be found on our official website at www.caretoadopt.org. Mixed breeds are always our best guess for adult weight and size, based on experience and other factors.
